How long does the Signature Style Experience take?
I didn’t become a style strategist because I loved fashion.
I became a style strategist because I spent twenty years watching talented women attorneys struggle with confidence, visibility, and professional presence.
I practiced law for seven years before spending the next thirteen in legal professional development. I served as the Dean of Career Services at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law before building the professional development department at an AmLaw 200 law firm from the ground up.
Throughout my career, I coached attorneys on how to advance, develop business, build relationships, and become leaders. Again and again, I noticed something no one wanted to talk about.
Women knew they were good at what they did. They had earned the title, built the expertise, and become trusted advisors. Yet many of them still opened their closets every morning feeling frustrated by what they saw.
That’s why I started this business.
Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of women attorneys, helping them build wardrobes that reflect the accomplished leaders they already are.
